WHY ELEVATE EXISTS & WHY ACCESS MATTERS

Over the past several months, a clear pattern has emerged. I’ve been approached by employees navigating retaliation, sudden discipline, hostile work environments, and career crossroads. I’ve also heard from unemployed professionals who urgently need resume support, interview preparation, or guidance to re-enter the workforce with confidence.

Many of them are capable, hardworking, and doing everything they can to stay afloat.

What they don’t have is access.

When someone is facing job loss, reduced hours, medical leave, or a toxic workplace, support often becomes a luxury they simply can’t afford—right when they need it most.

Elevate: Employee Experience Program was created to close that gap.

This program exists to ensure employees and jobseekers are not left navigating high-stakes work situations alone simply because of financial barriers. Through sponsored access, educational resources, and confidential guidance, Elevate helps people regain clarity, confidence, and direction—before stress and uncertainty take a deeper toll.

Elevate is not about rescuing….It’s about restoring access, dignity, and voice at critical moments.

Donations allow this support to remain accessible—especially for employees who are already financially strained.

In addition to one-time donations, sponsor tier levels are available:

Access Sponsor $250

Helps fund:

  • Sponsored resume reviews or career support sessions

  • Access to employee guidance resources

  • Immediate support for individuals in transition

Impact: Expands entry-level access for employees and jobseekers facing financial strain.

Stability Sponsor $500

Helps fund:

  • Sponsored 1:1 employee support sessions

  • Career recovery and interview preparation resources

  • Crisis-moment guidance for workplace conflict or sudden job loss

Impact: Supports individuals at pivotal decision points where clarity can change outcomes.

Elevation Sponsor $1,000

Helps fund:

  • Multiple sponsored employee guidance sessions

  • Expanded access for hospitality and service-industry workers

  • Ongoing development of employee education tools

Impact: Provides sustained access and strengthens the long-term reach of the Elevate program.
